How do I find the right size for my KEEN shoes?
Most KEEN footwear runs true to size, but some of our performance hiking boots may run a 1/2 size small. We recommend checking the 'Fit Tip' on each product page and using our printable size chart for the most accurate measurement.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Simply use our online return portal to generate a prepaid shipping label. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return.
Are KEEN shoes waterproof?
Many of our styles feature the KEEN.DRY breathable, waterproof membrane. To ensure your specific pair is waterproof, look for the 'Waterproof' tag in the product description or the KEEN.DRY logo on the shoe itself.
How should I clean and maintain my sandals?
All KEEN water sandals are machine washable. Use a small amount of detergent, wash on a gentle cycle, and always allow them to air dry away from direct heat or sunlight. For leather models, we recommend using a specialized leather cleaner.
Does KEEN offer a warranty on its products?
Yes, we stand behind our quality. KEEN offers a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear sooner for an upcoming adventure.
