Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select the reason for your return and generate a pre-paid UPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unworn footwear back in its original KEEN box and secure it inside a shipping mailer, ensuring the pre-paid label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
